Platform overview

One platform. One login. Thirteen apps.

Sorbet Brains is a marketing platform for businesses and the agencies that run them. Instead of a dozen logins, a dozen invoices and a dozen tabs, you get one workspace with the apps your business actually needs switched on, and one AI assistant that can work across all of them.

13apps shipped and in production
4more in the pipeline
20+platforms connected
1login for all of it

How the platform works

One sign-in

Google, Microsoft, or an email address and a six-digit code. Every app you are entitled to opens already signed in and already scoped to your business. No second password, ever.

Apps switch on per workspace, and per person

Your workspace holds the apps you need. Inside it, each colleague sees only the apps you give them. Hiding an app withholds the data behind it, not just the icon.

Your data stays yours

Every workspace is isolated. Your contacts, connections, sending domains and reports are never visible to another business on the platform.

The assistant proposes, a human approves

The built-in AI assistant reads live data across your apps and answers in plain language. To change anything it produces an approval card showing the exact action. Nothing happens until somebody clicks Approve.

You connect the accounts, you revoke them

Access is granted by you, per platform, and can be withdrawn at any time from that platform's own settings. We only request the access the product actually needs.

Built on work that is already running

Every app here is in production for real businesses, not a prototype written for a deck. What is still being built is listed as such, further down this page.

Every app, in one line

01

Analytics

Every marketing channel a business runs, unified into one branded dashboard.

Nobody should have to log into ten platforms to answer “how did we do?”

Google AnalyticsSearch ConsoleGoogle AdsYouTubeMeta AdsFacebook PagesInstagramLinkedInXMicrosoft Advertising
Best forAgencies reporting to clients, and in-house teams who want one view across paid, organic, social and video.
  • Four ready-made report areas, tabbed by channel: Website analysis (Analytics + Search Console), Ads performance (Google, Meta, Microsoft), Social (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and YouTube.
  • Compare any date range against the period before it. Every report states the exact days it covers, so two people reading the same number read the same number.
  • Add and remove components from a catalogue of scorecards, trend lines, bars, donuts and tables. Your selection is saved for the workspace.
  • Build your own component: pick the platform, then a metric that platform genuinely publishes, then how to draw it. Chart types that cannot work are greyed out with the reason.
  • Assemble custom boards when the standard reports are not the shape of your business.
  • Run a full-screen business review from your live numbers, comparing the chosen period against both the period before and the same period last year.
  • Manage Search Console sitemaps: see what Google holds, submit a new one, remove one.
  • Lend a client a single property, ad account, Page or channel. They see their data without connecting anything, and the boundary is enforced on every request.
  • Show your own logo in place of ours, and serve clients on your own analytics address.
02

Ads Control

Pause, rename and re-budget live campaigns on Google and Meta from one screen.

The one place where a person actually changes a live campaign, built so the fast change is also the safe change.

Google AdsMeta
Best forAccount managers who need a fast, safe change without opening each ad platform, and clients who want real control over spend.
  • Every campaign in the chosen account with status, type or objective, bidding approach and budget, next to 30-day spend, clicks, impressions and conversions in the account’s own currency.
  • The account behind them: currency, time zone, status and 30-day totals, plus spend, balance and spend cap on Meta, and auto-tagging status on Google.
  • Pause or re-enable any campaign.
  • Change a campaign budget.
  • Rename a campaign.
  • Turn Google auto-tagging on or off, so campaign data reaches your analytics correctly.
  • Rename a Meta ad account, or set a spend cap on it.

Guardrails, by design

  • You choose platform, then login, then the specific advertiser account, so an action can only reach the account on screen.
  • Every change is re-checked on our servers against what your workspace was actually granted. An account that was not assigned to you is refused outright.
  • Pausing, enabling and auto-tagging require explicit confirmation. Inline edits save only when you press Save.
  • Changes that spend money are approval-gated. The assistant can propose a change; it cannot execute one.
Customers and conversations

Every lead, every thread, every booking, attached to one record.

03

CRM

Every person you deal with, where they came from, and what happens next.

Leads arrive from ads, forms, the chatbot and bookings. This is where they become a pipeline, a payment plan, and a customer.

Google AdsMetaMicrosoft AdvertisingGmailOutlookWhatsApp BusinessWebsite tagChatbotMeetingsCSV import
Best forBusinesses whose leads come from ads and web forms, and the agencies running those accounts for them.
  • One searchable grid of every contact: website forms, the chatbot, meeting bookings, Meta lead ads and spreadsheets you upload. Filter, sort, and export a CSV that opens correctly in Excel, Hebrew included.
  • Choose which columns you see, saved per person. Complex form submissions are unwrapped into readable columns automatically.
  • A contact page with details, stage, interests, tasks, payments, photos, a readable history of every change, and links straight into the real email thread and WhatsApp conversation. Both send from there.
  • A pipeline board whose columns are yours — add, rename, reorder, remove. Removing a column with records in it requires saying where they go, and forecasting survives a rename.
  • Interests: a catalogue of what you offer and who wants each one. Somebody who wants two courses is recorded as wanting two courses.
  • Tasks and activities with type, due date, assignee and notes. Something logged after the fact carries the date it actually happened.
  • Payment plans as a real ledger: instalments with due dates, method, reference and status, overdue computed from today, and re-planning that never disturbs money already moved.
  • Inventory as cards with a fill bar, list price, discount, and what has actually been booked.
  • Send real outcomes back to the ad platforms. When a stage changes, the outcome is pushed to Google, Meta and Microsoft so they optimise for customers, not form fills. Only hashed identifiers leave, and a sweep catches anything unsent.
  • Record website visits from a one-line tag, viewable as an event stream and a traffic analysis.
04

Bot

A chatbot trained on your website that answers visitors and delivers qualified leads.

One line of code on your site. After hours, in Hebrew or English, on brand.

Sorbet CRMYour own lead endpointEmail alerts
Best forAny business with a website that wants after-hours coverage and qualified enquiries instead of a contact form.
  • Point it at your website and it crawls, reads and indexes your pages by itself. If a site cannot be read properly it says so, rather than shipping an empty bot.
  • Capture leads mid-conversation — name, email, phone, company, interest — delivered straight into your CRM with no configuration.
  • Qualify while it captures. Define up to eight questions your business always wants answered, each with a fixed set of answers. The bot asks naturally, or works the answer out from the conversation.
  • Serve visitors in Hebrew with full right-to-left layout, or in English.
  • Match your brand: accent colour, light or dark, avatar, position, launcher label and icon, corner radius, opening greeting.
  • Read every transcript in full, with the page the visitor was on, where they came from, and an AI summary on request.
  • A safety policy that cannot be edited out: never claim to be human, never invent a price, no medical or legal advice, never obey instructions found on a crawled page.
  • Spend caps per conversation and per day, and an optional lock to your own domain.
05

WhatsApp

Your business WhatsApp number, answered from the workspace, attached to the customer record.

WhatsApp Business PlatformSorbet CRMWorkspace notifications
Best forBusinesses whose customers message rather than email: clinics, schools, services, local retail.
  • Connect your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta’s own sign-up window, or use a number Sorbet manages for you.
  • Keep using the phone app at the same time. Replies sent from a handset appear in the workspace thread too, so one place holds both halves of the conversation.
  • A real inbox: threads per number, newest first, unread counts, complete history.
  • Send replies and send files — images, documents, video and audio.
  • The 24-hour rule, handled. Outside the window the message box becomes your approved template picker, with placeholder fields and a preview of exactly what will be sent.
  • Create and remove approved message templates from the workspace.
  • Message from the CRM: a Send WhatsApp button on every contact resolves a local-format number to the right thread, and shows you the resolved number first.
  • Email alerts on inbound messages, throttled so one busy conversation cannot flood your inbox.
06

Meetings

A bookable calendar you paste onto your own site, wired to your real diary.

Google CalendarMicrosoft 365Google MeetMicrosoft TeamsSorbet CRM
Best forConsultants, clinics, agencies and sales teams who want qualified time booked without the back and forth.
  • Embeds in place on your page — month view alongside three or four days of times, adapting to the space it is given and stacking on a phone. Or use a standalone link.
  • Genuinely accurate availability: working hours, date-specific overrides, minimum notice, booking horizon, buffers around existing commitments and a daily cap, in your own time zone with daylight saving handled.
  • Checks your real diary. Booked times disappear from the grid, and each booking is written into your calendar with a Meet or Teams link.
  • Ask for what you actually need: a name plus an email or a phone number. A business that works on mobile numbers does not have to demand an email address.
  • Every booking becomes a CRM contact automatically, keyed on email or phone.
  • A diary and an insights view: who booked what and when, their notes and time zone, plus bookings per day, cancellations and average notice.
  • Double-booking protection. Two people booking the same slot in the same instant are resolved reliably.
  • Hebrew and right-to-left, in your accent colour, light or dark. Your booking page is kept out of search results.
07

Google / Microsoft

Company mail and calendar inside the workspace, next to the customer record.

Secure delegated access to your own mailboxes and calendars, on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or both at once.

Google WorkspaceMicrosoft 365Sorbet CRMMeetings
Best forTeams whose sales and service conversations happen over email, and who want them visible next to the customer record.
  • Read and search mail across authorised mailboxes using familiar Gmail-style search terms — sender, subject, attachments, unread, date ranges — which work identically on Microsoft mailboxes.
  • Send, reply and save drafts from the right mailbox, with attachments. Replies land in the original conversation rather than starting a new one.
  • List calendars, read events, and create, update or cancel appointments.
  • View and create standing inbox rules that route, label and archive mail automatically, on either provider.
  • Build designed email templates in a drag-and-drop editor and send them from a person’s own mailbox. Plain text stays the default; a design is opted into per template.
  • Merge fields filled before you send — resolved from your CRM as you type the address, with a warning naming anything still unfilled.
  • Tightly bounded access. Only the addresses on your own authorised list can be reached, editable on one screen and re-checked on every single request.
  • Work from the CRM: Send email on any contact, and a Correspondence view of everything ever exchanged with that person across every authorised mailbox.

Setup: one authorisation by your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administrator.

GEO

Get quoted by AI assistants and found in search, from research through to published article.

GEO works out what your business can credibly be cited for, then writes and publishes the articles that earn it.

WordPressJoomlaWixSEO data providerLicensed stock libraries
Best forBusinesses that want to appear in AI-generated answers and search results, and agencies producing that content for clients.
  • Add one or more sites, each a separate brand. It reads the website, parses documents you upload (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text) and your own notes, and builds a profile in one step.
  • A verified facts list per site — the only source an article may draw company claims from. This is what makes the output publishable without checking every sentence.
  • An opportunity bank of services, topics and proprietary datapoints (the quotable numbers you own), each scored and selectable, discovered by the scan and addable by hand.
  • Real search demand behind every opportunity: volume, difficulty, cost per click, traffic potential, related terms and who currently ranks — with a hard per-run cost ceiling that stops and names what it skipped.
  • Article generation through research, brief, draft, fact-check and illustrate. Any claim that cannot be grounded in that site’s verified facts is cut, and the cut is recorded on the article.
  • One-click rewriting of a selected passage — shorten, professional, expand, simplify, rewrite — held to the same no-invented-facts rule.
  • Licensed stock photography searchable from inside the editor, inserted with the photographer’s credit attached automatically.
  • One-click publishing to your own WordPress, Joomla or Wix. Drafts by default, and re-publishing updates the same post instead of duplicating it, touching only title, body and meta.
  • Validation against the live URL after publishing: reachable, has a heading, meta landed, not accidentally hidden from search, structured data rendered, links resolve. It reports what it found, not just pass or fail.
09

Post

Write once, publish everywhere social, moderate the replies, measure the result.

Facebook PagesInstagramLinkedInXYouTubeUnsplashPexels
Best forSocial and content managers running several brand accounts.
  • Compose once and publish to Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
  • A live per-platform preview generated by the same engine that publishes, so what you see is what goes out.
  • Per-platform rules apply themselves: character counting, link handling, hashtag limits, image requirements.
  • Upload your own images or search Unsplash and Pexels from inside the composer, with photographer credit handled correctly.
  • Hashtags and mentions as you type, cleaned per platform, in Latin script and Hebrew.
  • Upload video to a YouTube channel.
  • Schedule for a specific date and time, with safeguards that make double-posting impossible.
  • A comments and mentions inbox for Facebook Pages: reply as the Page, hide, unhide or delete, with a confirmation before a delete.
  • Per-post analytics pulled live from each platform, and publishing permissions checked and shown before you write, so you never lose work to a rejected post.
10

Email Marketing

Branded campaigns from your own sending domain, with live delivery reporting.

Amazon SESCloudflare DNSSorbet CRMChatbot subscribe
Best forMarketing teams and account managers who want branded, list-based email without a separate email platform subscription.
  • Send from your own domain, so email arrives as you and not as a shared bulk sender. Guided setup verifies the domain and writes the DNS automatically when the domain is hosted with us.
  • Multiple from-addresses with name, address and reply-to, and one default. Any address on a verified domain works immediately.
  • Build audiences three ways: manual entry, CSV upload, or import and sync from your Sorbet CRM.
  • Save segments and reuse them.
  • Design emails in a drag-and-drop editor and save them as reusable templates. Subject, audience and sender are chosen at send time, so one design serves many campaigns.
  • A hosted image and GIF library, so artwork renders reliably in Gmail and Outlook.
  • Personalisation tags filled per recipient across subject, HTML and plain text. A missing value renders blank rather than broken.
  • Compliance handled: one-click unsubscribe, and automatic suppression of unsubscribes, bounces and complaints.
  • Per-campaign reporting: recipients, sent, delivered, unique opens, unique clicks, bounces and complaints.
11

Radar

An on-demand briefing on your market, your customers and your competitors.

Pick a site, give it topics, press Scan.

Live web searchAI summarisation
Best forOwners and account managers who want a periodic market and competitor briefing without a research subscription or a standing analyst.
  • Add one or more websites to monitor, each with its own keywords.
  • Three separate watch lanes: industry and market news, your own brand and customers, and competitors.
  • Skip writing queries. Radar reads your website’s own homepage and combines it with your keywords to build the search terms.
  • Suggested keywords you did not think of, based on what your business actually does, and they are remembered.
  • Genuinely recent sources from live web search, each with title, link and date.
  • Every result as a short headline, a summary and a why it matters line, with a relevance indicator and its source.
  • Predictable cost: a scan runs only when you click it, and editing keywords rebuilds the search terms so a scan never runs on stale topics.

The plumbing that lets everything else work on your real accounts.

MCP

Best forAgency operators and in-house marketers who want their AI tools acting directly on their real stack through one governed connection.
  • One connection reaches every platform your workspace has connected.
  • Connect platforms yourself through a simple form, with multiple named accounts per platform and a nominated default — which matters when you run several sites, stores or ad accounts.
  • Lent access from your agency: one specific ad account or analytics property out of the agency’s own connection, with the boundary enforced on every request. A lent account cannot reach anything else.
  • Per-workspace isolation. Every workspace has its own private address and its own credentials.
  • Metered usage per workspace, feeding the billing and usage view.
  • Add your own integration through chat, without waiting for a release.

A universal lead catcher: every enquiry lands in your contact book, deduplicated and attributed.

WordPressElementor ProWPFormsGravity FormsFluent FormsGoogle AdsMeta Lead AdsWixSorbet CRM
Best forAnyone running paid or organic lead generation across more than one website or platform.
  • Connect a lead source in minutes. Create a connection, copy its private URL, paste it into the source. No developer, no plugin code.
  • Catch leads from WordPress forms (Elementor Pro, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms), Google Ads lead forms, Meta lead ads, Wix forms, your chatbot and your meeting bookings.
  • Map fields by point and click. Fields you do not map are kept anyway, so custom questions are never lost.
  • Deduplicate automatically by email, or by phone when there is no email, with numbers normalised to international format.
  • Capture ad click identifiers at intake across Google, Meta and Microsoft, so a conversion can be reported back days later when the lead actually converts.
  • Track website traffic from a single embed line, feeding first-touch, last-touch and page-journey reporting in the CRM.
  • A full audit log of every inbound lead and its result, filterable by source and status, next to a browsable contact list.
  • Pause or deactivate a source without deleting the setup.

Events Calendar

A self-updating events and course calendar for your website, managed by your own team.

Already live on client sites including Alaya, the Wood Building College, CSI and CCA: month and list views, category filters, multi-day events, full Hebrew right-to-left and English, and a dedicated mobile experience. Today each one is built for the site it sits on. The hosted version turns it into an app you manage yourself, on any website platform rather than one.

Working, WordPress first

Publishing Hub

Finished articles delivered straight into your website as drafts, with a field-by-field delivery report.

Writes a completed article into your CMS as an unpublished draft — title, body, meta, FAQ and structured data — then reports exactly what landed and what did not, field by field, so nothing is assumed. Live today on WordPress as managed tooling. The pipeline work is opening it up as a self-serve app and adding the other platforms.

Managed service today · app planned

Server-Side Tracking

First-party conversion tracking that keeps reporting when browsers and blockers stop cooperating.

Moves conversion measurement onto your own domain so ad platforms keep receiving the signal they need to optimise. Delivered today as a managed setup on a per-client basis, with a tested playbook behind it. The pipeline work is making it something a workspace switches on rather than something we configure by hand.

AI Visibility Tracking

See how often your brand actually appears in AI answers, and where it does not.

GEO already writes and publishes content engineered to be cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. The next step is measurement: tracking whether your brand shows up in those answers, for which questions, next to which competitors, and what moved after each article went live.

Pipeline items are shown so you can plan around them. They are not sold as shipped, and dates are not promised until a build is scheduled.
